👋 Meet Agatha — our new QA Manager

Team — say hello to Agatha, the latest agentic employee joining us. She works alongside Albert on the dev side and takes care of the Aegis platform — our quality, safety and compliance layer for landing pages.

Tomorrow is her first day, so we're easing her in gently.

What she's starting with

Agatha will work with Jon to take ownership of her first test — building a test suite in Claude, exactly the way Jon already does today. The difference is that this becomes a single source of truth for our tests.

It's built using Markdown test specifications, and once a suite exists it can:

  • Plug into Aegis Monitor and run every hour
  • Plug into our CI pipeline and run every time a developer changes the code
  • Tie directly into the build process, so tests are written as the pages are being built

She speaks to you inside the tools you already use — Claude and Slack — through the Aegis MCP. No new dashboard to learn.

Where we're heading

All of the above is ready today. We'll ease it in, because it's a big change that needs training and education to bring everyone on the journey. But make no mistake — this is the end goal:

  1. A developer or AI builds a page
  2. They add it to Aegis
  3. Tests are created as it's built — in the QA Bot, in Claude, or any tool you like
  4. Anyone in the company can run a test on any page, any time, via Claude
  5. Pages are living, breathing things — so the whole team can safely update the tests via Claude
  6. The test runs every time a dev updates the code
  7. The test runs every hour
  8. Failures are reported instantly in Slack

What this changes

Today, Paresh manually runs a test on every page, every single day.

With Agatha, that flips: she does the running, and Paresh moves up to managing the platform — watching what's failed and fixing it. Less manual checking, more fixing what actually matters.

Please give Agatha a warm welcome. 🛡️
